One does not have to be a child to be a beginner. We have programs for all kinds of beginners. In addition to the youth program on Friday, there is a youth room that is manned the entire run of the show. On Saturday morning, there is a Boy Scout Merit Badge workshop. We also run a seminar for adult beginners with the fundamentals of handling and understanding stamps.

A number of area schools come to see what a stamp show is all about. Last year, over 250 children were led through exhibits, skits, discovery, and philatelic fun. | |  |

| Our Youth room functions to provide our junior members with a few stamps to get them going. |
| | Our beginners learn some of the fundamentals of exhibiting and collecting. Through continuing education, we build better collectors for the future of the hobby. |
